Gokarna is the best to go during summer time. and most of the beaches in India are humid which makes you feel hot, but still try beaches in Maharashtra.

Go for beaches in konkan-western ghat of maharashtra. Tarkarli is also an awesome place..

Almost all beaches will be hot and humid in summer, but still you can try gokarna and varkala.

Varkala beach is amazing you can even do surfing , and have an amazing view from the cliff with great resorts and restaurant around. Kovalam is anothe good option too I have been to Gokaran ( Om Beach) Murdeshwara (always crowded at the centre), few beaches in Goa best one is Colva but crowded, Few beaches in Kerala https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoNz1_BQKOw&t=
