Hey Ankur, I can probably help you with this :) I am living in Germany for more than 3 years now and I have visited 16 european countries, and some of the places even multiple times. What type of traveller are you? Are you more into nature or cities or party?
For nature - The top destinations are without a doubt, Iceland, Norway and Faroe Islands. Also Switzerland, but you mentioned you have already been there. Train rides can be breathtaking in switzerland. Can expect considerable snowy landscapes there. Have you been around the Interlaken area? You can plan a hiking trip in Dolomites in northern Italy. The other options are Scotland and Ireland. They have amazing landscapes but you have to take into consideration the visas for these two countries.
I am more into nature . I have visited this November and December itself and done Paris , Belgium , Some parts of Germany , Switzerland , coastal Italy , Amsterdam . For last week of March I wish to know about other possible options . Malta , Spain and Greece is coming in mind . can you suggest out
I’d recommend Rome, the most popular country in Europe and it lands the most tourists every year. March is spring and you have less tourists and school crowd. I awesome way to explore the eternal city. Check out my blog, it’s called ‘when in Rome’. I hope it helps you. Although, I personally would like to add on and say that if you are headed to Europe don’t just visit one country try visiting neighbouring counties or try visiting Italy and it’s main metropolitan cities, like Milan, Florence, Rome and Naples! Happy travels;)
