Try Old Manali, there are many homestays there, check tripoto weekend retreats if any else you can check the hotels there

I will suggest nearby bus stand or taxi stand new mallroad u will find budget hotels try that... just above that some luxurious hotel also u can find ... it's really easy getting rooms there so don't worry
