What a great topic! For mountain or valley views in Jim Corbett, I’d definitely look for villas with large glass windows, open terraces, and minimal obstruction from trees. Also check the orientation: east or west-facing ones often catch morning or evening light beautifully. A place with nearby hiking trails and fewer surrounding buildings usually gives you that “nature-immersed” feel.
