Ladakh would be too risky and dangerous in Mid Nov. Most Probably the roads would be closed. Kasol would be a goo option. There based upon weather and climate you could explore Malana, Magic Mountains, Kheerganga and Tosh.

Hi Karthik, are you looking for a place in the mountains? If so, then Parvati Valley (Kasol), Shimla, Kinnaur Valley and Kangra are best to visit in November. Other places I recommend in November are Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Kerala, Kutch, Araku Valley, Odisha, Bastar and Coorg (Karnataka).

Kasol will be good in November. Also you can try beach destinations like Gokarna, Varkala or Pondicherry in November as weather is at its best this time.
