As per ur budget, Thailand is the best option for you....Cambodia, Vietnam & Laos are also good destinations for budget travellers...All 4 are my favourite destinations in Southeast Asia..

Try for Bhutan or Sri Lanka, both of them are best to travel. in sri Lanka, you can shift from beach to cold mountaineous region in just 6-8 hrs of road Trip. evening on beach Colombo , morning near Adams peak
