    Both Treks Are moderate level for first timers. I'll Suggest Sar Pass will be the best.

    I've lot of friends who've covered both and from all the mixed reviews i've got, I think Har ki doon would be a better one.

    Hari ki doon trek will take you a step closer to nature and spirituality this trek will take you to some of the most remote villages in Garwahal region while traversing some of the most scenic mountains in Indian Himalayas and it is connected well and can be reached conveniently.

    I guess Har ki Dhun is a better option. you can try India Hikes or Youth Hostel for the same
