Hi Archit! Spiti doesn't experience much rain during Monsoons and hence it's not too cloudy during July. But you can find partly cloud weather.

Hi Archit, Spiti isn't too cloudy in July. Mid-May to July is the peak summer in Spiti with clear skies and warm days. The nights are also comparatively warmer and ideal for stargazing. Tabo, Komik and Hikkim are the best places for stargazing and astrophotography.

Spiti, like Ladakh, is a dry cold desert that sees close to no rains, even during the monsoon season.
