Well I guess you probably know how to take precautions during this outbreak... the question is will you be able to enjoy your time with freedom of mind, without having such concerns. If no than you definitely should visit. if "yes" than you should reconsider it. Because you don't want your holidays to be spent in fear of some deadly spreading virus.

We had done a similar round trip in December. Our start and drop was Bangalore, We drove to Mysore, spent 3 nights there and then drove up to Ooty, spent 3 nights there and then drove back to Bangalore, as our train was at 8PM from Bangalore. From Bangalore to Mysore we stopped for brunch at Kamat, musn't miss it, their Dosas and idlis are special and one should not miss it. In Mysore visit Brindavan Gardens, Chamundi Devi temple, Mysore Palace. If you have time visit some other palaces. In Ooty take the Toy Train journey to Coonoor, but book your tickets in advance. Other places are Rose Garden, Ooty lake, Tea Factory etc.

Hey, I Know It's Hard To Postpone a trip but these days it's a little challenging to go, you can use precautions and mask to protect yourself and go if you really wanted to but if you aren't up for it then try going to places with less risk of corona

I think all the airlines declared about cancellation policy so you don’t have to cancel or reschedule by your self and you can book within 1year of travel period
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
You probably get only the Aiport tax as refund because you didnt cancel the ticket before your flight date.

I don't see why you can't post if you have researched and can storytell/plan it. Although, it's more personalized and easier if you have actually visited :)

Yes Sanghavi such things can happen. But those articles written without experience won't get that expose . Coming to tripoto points , they cannot be used at once . So there is no big point in writing bluff content here. However some may be there who do this. Some times real people do write just like that without all experiences too.

There are two ways one through Train and another one is through flight. If you are planning through train then book Mumbai to New Jalpaiguri Railway station(NJP) and if you are planning for flight nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport. Distance from Airport or Railway station to Gangtok is almost similar that 3-4hrs. There are various places that you can cover such as Darjeeling,Gangtok,Pelling,Kelimpong,Lachung etc
