The maximum that you can get is 75. Rest it is decided by the approver on the basis of quality of your writing. Make sure your blog is not plagiarized.

Yes, people already started checking in at Rishikesh... You need to check with hotels where you want to go if They are allowing travel

Can't say anything in this case. But I think maybe within 4 or 5 months many places will be open for travellers. The current situation isn't good, so I think we should avoid travelling unless and until it's urgent.
Hope this virus ends asap.
