Chalocha trek in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh is great. I just finished it. It takes 3 days and is about 25kms. There is this amazing trekking guide called 'Trek with Tek' who did the most fantastic job organizing everything and leading the trek. I highly recommend it.

Har Har Mahadev! Yes, you can because it's tough journey so if you book package you will get every basic necessary things done and taken care of those people and you will get benefit of many people in journey. Thanks
Hi Suman, thank you for the clarification. I personally think it can be done. The distance is about 250 kms between Ghaziabad and Lansdowne. Given that it will be a mix of highway and hill road, this should be possible. Ensure that your vehicle is serviced and you carry necessary toolkit to take care of minor issues yourself.
Happy traveling!
Why, not if you are mentally prepare..of course you can...There was one guy from Prayag raj who travelled from Praygraj to Pangog Lake, Laddakh.. https://youtu.be/1cSLLahmak8

Few things I would suggest. Keep posting and writing the more you will write your story the more engagement traffic you will get. Write and post your own story. Pic and story must be your own. You can answer people questions in forum. If you have specific query please let me know. Follow more people so that you can get an idea of how they are working here so that you can learn. Happy travelling!

It is mandatory
(e-pass + covid negative certificate or fully vaccinated certification )
Also you need to register on smart City dehradun portal http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in/ if it's showing zero for your selected date, try changing dates. Thank You
Hi Khushboo,
E-pass is mandatory.
Here is what I found in the government website - https://badrinath-kedarnath.gov.in/online-services/yatra-e-pass/
(A) The pilgrims are allowed to visit the dham if they have valid Yatra ePass.
(B) Either RTPCR/TrueNat/CBNAAT/RAT COVID Negative test report taken within past 72 hrs(from starting date of yatra) or Double Vaccination Certificate is mandatory for applying yatra epass.
(C) In case information/Covid Negative Test Report provided by you, while applying for yatra epass is found wrong, you will not be allowed to perform yatra and a legal action will be taken against you.
(D) As per Covid-19 pandemic guidelines, Pilgrims/Devotees can book online Puja/Paath/Bhog/Aarti, but cannot visit inside (Garbh Greh) the temple to perform their booked puja rituals.
Just check before visiting if Vivekananda Rock Memorial is open for tourism or not... U can see guide at there only while visiting place... There are two three more places near by you can visit i.e. Lemur beach, Our lady of ramson church & Mathur Aqueduct...
Also, you can visit Rameshwaram and Dhanushkodi along with Kanyakumari....
Hi Geeta,
In my opinion you do not need a guide to visit Kanyakumari. Most places are nearby and at walkable distance. At most you can take a rickshaw from one place to other.
Check out this link to know all about Kanyakumari - https://www.tripoto.com/kanyakumari
Hope this helps.
Thèse are the only tourist places everywhere. You can go to parks and enjoy Scenic beauty . UP is very big and you have to decide which part you want to visit.
I myself have traveled to these places: Binsar, Chakrata these are couple of roads that will be mesmerizing if you travel there. Other than this: Kantala, Kausani are also recommended.
