Thus, we made a stop at my place to collect Camera and travel kit to spend a night there and were off to Agra. As soon as we touched express way our car turned into a jet and we were cruising to Agra averaging 103Km/hour (top speed 160KM/hour) and in 2 hours we checked into a hotel for night. Sometimes, it takes us 2 hours to reach office from home and we were in Agra, wow!! Next we explored a local market and had our fill for the night and decided to get up early in the morning to go and Check Taj-Mahal out. Surprisingly it was Supermoon that night and we went to hotel roof to watch it, we shared some horror stories and clicked a few pictures in moonlight. Next morning, as planned, we got up way too early (4:30AM) and left for what we came all the way and reached Taj-Mahal at 6'o clock to be surprised that there were too many people already, not just us. Well, we didn't hope for having Taj-Mahal just for us either but still not with so many people. Ignoring others we went inside and watched many others clicking photos with Taj Mahal in weird-weird poses and looked for a space so that we can start with our own photo session. After this we explored the surrounding, looked at the marvellous structure, enjoyed the view, saw some couples and groups doing stuffs, roamed around and wondered why this is often remembered as or represented as a Well why do I care? Why should I wonder? Who cares if this has been built for love and affection of someone for someone and later resulted in a gruesome act on masons or artisans who built this structure? I dont want to dwell in history that is mostly written by the ruler of the time to suit the man ignoring the truth. Therefore, we ended our visit at a restaurant for our due breakfast. Later, when we hopped into the car to leave for our next destination Fatehpur Sikri, we unanimously decided not to go there but return back to Delhi due to high temperature. Well this time it only took us 1.5 hours to reach my place averaging 110Km/hour and ending our trip from where we started.
