2. TTW will offer a highly tailor-made travel plan, all bookings as required, a price-match guarantee for all bookings, and 24/7 live support.
3. There might be some changes in case the weather conditions are rough, and we'll try our best to find similar activities/transfers in the case.
4. The Tarzan Way is not liable for any mishaps at the accommodation or transportation though will be providing live customer support for the same.
5. Any cost or cancellation charge arising out of unforeseen circumstances is not included.
6. Travelers are requested to take care of their belongings and TTW is not liable for the loss or theft of the belongings.

9. Booking & Cancellation Policy (Updated due to COVID-19)
a. 50% of the payments are expected within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
b. Remaining payment is expected 15 days before the start of the experience.
c. 100% payment of flights is expected at the time of issuing the invoice.
d. Cancellation fees for flights as per the airlines cancellation policy.
