Himachal Pradesh state cabinet has recently announced they they are lifting travel restrictions for both outbound and inbound inter-state travel restrictions. “Now, anyone can enter or exit the state without e-pass or COVID-19 negative test report,”. But remember this doesn't give us the license to be careless.
The move is done as a desperate measure to revive tourism industry, which has suffered most of the blow, and there is a wave of happiness amongst people who are dependent on tourism for their living
This is a good news for keen travelers waiting to go unleashed somewhere, but is not much appreciated by locals considering there are 1000 Corona cases and multiple deaths in the state. While we have got this privilege to enjoy a mountain view again, we should not forget our duties to curb the spread and do our bit for the society and people.
