Dal Lake and the Colors of Twilight

An epiphany of a beautiful folklore, a never ending desire, a visual that you could never take your eyes away from. Dal lake has always been that mystical lake which has so many visual stories associated with it. Brilliant sunsets to the faces of locals who dwell inside it. Dal lake in itself has been a living body which never ceases to amaze us. It’s such a place where you could sit for hours and be at eternal peace. I have always tried to capture the emotions associated with it. Be it the lonely shikara guy waiting there in the middle for hours against that grand background of magical mountains or the tones of sky reflecting against every wave of it. Dal lake carries a world of feelings inside it. You need to sit by the shore and watch the magic happen.
