I just took my backpack and started from Arambol to Gokarna on a Sunday. Took local bus to reach Gokarna but had to change 5 of them to finally reach. While I was travelling, one German guy was also changing bus as I did and finally he asked if I was also going to Gokarna. We reached Gokarna at night and it was pitch darkness where the autorickshaw dropped us. As a traveller, I have started carrying torch light and started walking downhill following the sound of the sea.
