It is Breakfast Moment  at Circa 11 in Bengaluru -  introducing 'The Breakfast Society,' a morning ritual imagined with the same care and creativity as lunch or dinner.

Expect inventive vegetarian and vegan plates, crafted coffees, and breakfast cocktails designed to ease you gently into the weekend. It's a slow, comforting experience built around flavour, rhythm, and the pleasure of staying a while. The Breakfast Society invites guests to linger as the room evolves with the hour, from the first pour of coffee to the quiet fizz of a breakfast cocktail. The experience is cuisine-agnostic, playful, and deeply comforting, a gentle contrast to Circa’s technique-driven dinner menu. Food platters form tentalizing stories - Breakfast Chicken Parm arrives layered with sugo al pomodoro, mozzarella, poached eggs, and greens. Okonomiyaki-style eggs bring cabbage slaw, Bulldog sauce, and Circa kewpie. Shakshuka-style eggs simmer in tomato and peppers, garnished with fried garlic.

For softer awakenings, there is the lift of Ricotta Pancakes with honey butter and brûléed banana, or the tart warmth of Passion Fruit French Toast with berry compote.

Sandwiches and laffas, all made in-house, reflect the bold textures : Nashville Fried Chicken with spicy aioli, Tempura Cauliflower folded with hummus. Each plate balances comfort with surprise. The morning finds its own mood and tempo in the glass. Centre Court, Wimbledon brings pink gin and strawberry cream; Article XI: The Prohibition of Sobriety turns cold brew into a negroni; Soy Sauce with Vanilla Bean Milk blurs the line between indulgence and play. For gentler moods, there is Orange You Cute?, In the Green of Things, and a rotation of fresh smoothies and juices.

For the loyal ones, signature coffees such as the Buttercream Latte and Orange Mont Blanc return as small rituals that anchor the table.

“We wanted to treat breakfast with the same intent as dinner,” says Chef Pradyumna Harithsa, Chef-Founder of Circa 11. “It’s built on good produce, clean technique, and a sense of ease. Nothing loud, nothing forced, just the kind of food that makes you look forward to the weekend.”

Let's get to know Circa 11

Circa 11 is Bengaluru’s first shapeshifting dining room, founded by Chef Pradyumna Harithsa on 12th Main, Indiranagar. From morning coffee in handmade cups to a leisurely lunch and into refined dinners with cocktails at night, the space transforms with intention and ease. The menu is built on technique and honesty, from stuffed zucchini blossoms and chicken thigh terrine to claypot rice with charred mushrooms and quiet, theatrical desserts. The cocktail bar balances craft and play, while architect Lakshmi Kaushik’s design keeps the room minimal, layered and ever-shifting — food, drinks and space moving as one.
