After a long gap of riding, I decided to take a ride to my native Shivamogga popularly known as Malenadu. I had done ride to Goa, Rameshwaram and few other long rides in my TB 350cc monster previously but this was my first ride to my native which is always special. Thanks to my friend Ashish, who’s marriage in Chitradurga made me think about taking this ride.
A day before the ride I decided to start @5.30 AM but by the time I went to bed it was 2.00 AM :) I know it’s always good to have a better sleep before the ride but the excitement to ride did not allow me to do that. On the ride day when I woke up it was already 6.30 AM ;) which is because of my laziness. I got up had a glass of milk and geared up to head towards Chitradurga which is around 200km from Bangalore.
When I reached near Tumkur my tummy started making sounds and I was very much hungry, I wanted to stop and have a quick breakfast but the Sun started fading out and all of a sudden it was so cloudy and the possibility of rain seemed 100% . I wanted to cover as much distance as I can before rain even gets started. I continued riding without giving any break. I hit the top speed of 120km/hr and it was crazy to experience with the chill breeze, cloudy atmosphere, less traffic and enjoying riding with your fav music . It was so peaceful and to add on to that when I reached Chitradurga this is how it welcomed me
