How to Reach: Bangalore airport is the closest to Coorg. You can take a cab from Bangalore to Coorg for a 6-hour drive via NH75. Alternatively you can take the more economical State Transport Bus (KSRTC) which drops you at Madikeri Bus Stand.

Depending on how adventurous the mother-daughter duo are, you can pick between a jeep safari or an elephant safari on your Bandhavgarh excursion.
