Manali to Lahaul via Attal Tunnel

Have you watched Narnia? The movie that amazed the kid in us. There's a cubbord that has a different world to it's other end. Here's a story similar.

Morning at 7 a.m , I started this ride on my "RE Himalayan " from "Old Manali" . I refilled my fuel tank at the closest fuel pump and caught the road that takes you to "Attal Tunnel" .
Facts about "Attal Tunnel ", a tunnel that took 20 years of hard work and 4,000 Crores of funds which is nearly 10kms long.

I hit Solang Valley in half an hour, it was  hilly and green. The snow was so close that I could touch it finally.  But I knew, there was better snow waiting right after I cross the " Attal Tunne". So, I had to control the kid in me and keep heading straight from "Solang Valley" . You will see a lot of sports activities happening around "Solang". Paragliding is the most comon one.

Now, here came the time. I could see a tunnel that looks so huge from the outside already. Before entering the tunnel, the army patrolling at the check point stopped me and gave instructions like,
1) No overtaking
2) Not going speed any above 40km/hr
3) No stopping anywhere in between the tunnel

I acknowledged, smiled and moved forward .
