To process the booking, we would need 30% of the Land Package amount as a token amount which you can pay through our payment gateway. For Flight booking, we need full payment of flight or in some case, we can issue the flights with cancellation charges. Rest amount can be paid within 1-2 day only.

After getting the availability from the hotel/flights/transport etc. you will be informed via email/phone, then you need to make the 30% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-5 days through net banking, bank transfers (cash) or cheque in our company bank account only.

If due to non-availability of the hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give a full refund to the customer with the applicable interest of the bank.

Full balance amount (30 days before departure)

The remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the departure date. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/phone call.

Your total bill receipt & vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 5-10 days before the actual departure.

If the cancellation is done 45 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 15 days before arrival: 35% of the tour/service cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 07 days before arrival: 45% of the tour/service cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 05 days before arrival: 55% of the tour/service cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 02 days before arrival: 80% of the tour/service cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 01 days before arrival: 100% of the tour/service cost will be charged as the cancellation fee
