Friday night my two friends and I were getting bored so decided to plan a weekend getaway as it had been long since we had any vacations. We all stayed over at my place on 9th after office as we had to leave early in the morning.
Saturday morning we took our car as Nanital is just 8hrs drive from Delhi and it was a random plan so catching a bus was almost next to impossible.
We reached around 3 pm, we had left around 5am as we had stopped to have breakfast it took us more than 8hrs, also there were many reroute due to the kavad yatra. So it became a long journey. But the drive was amazing. It was raining.
We reached and checked into fairlight view resort. The stay and facilities are ok but the view from the resort is wonderful. Instead of staying somewhere on the crowded one can stay here for peace.
We then went to the mall road had dinner at pots and stone cafe. It is a small and beautiful place. Coffee is good.
We three played songs sat in the balcony played games and enjoyed the chilly Dawn.
