Jim Corbett national park is one of the popular weekend trip of north india.Nainital, ranikhet all in near proximity within 50km.
This location has all for a lovely family weekend.Beautifull environment, river, forest, temple, budget beautifully located hotels and heaps of activity to do at park.Jeep & Elephant safari to forest adds charm to the place.
After early office/school break we started around 3pm on a friday from Delhi. As this is our first trip driving own car in north india,we have very little idea of how and what to plan.Total distance to travel is 220 km today.
Since it is winter, sun sets early and we are still 50km away from moradabad.NH-9 was in good shape and 4lane hence we drive without much discomfort upto moradabad..
It is 7pm at moradabad, google map has taken us to NH309. The road is difficult with vehicle comming from other end.
I learn a lot from this road puzzles at night as a car driver. Successfully drove my family to Ramnagar at 10pm.
We take some snacks, drinks and locals guided us to the road where we can get hotels. This road was beautifull will hoteliers lights make it nostalgic at night. We booked a nice hotel for Rs.2200 for night stay. They provide us dinner on request as all staffs sleeps by that time.
