The Oberoi Udaivilas Bar
6. Chandni Restaurant at Oberoi Udai Vilas Palace: (Best for: Dinner)It’s by the lake and the view is mesmerizing! Live music and dance (mewari and kalbeliya), an awesome selection of wines, staff that treats you like the Queen and an absolutely amazing ambience! Also, did I mention its a gastronomical delight! So, when you want to take your better half on that amazing date or celebrate something special with a friend-this is the PLACE!It may be very difficult to get a table if you are not staying there but it’s definitely worth trying and pulling a few strings for, if you can.Dinner for two- Rs. 3000-5000/- (depending on how much you end up drinking).
The smaller beach situated where the Candolim Beach ends by taking a turn is known as the Sinquerium Beach. This is also the location of the famous Aguada Fort and also the TAJ Vivanta Hotel. The location on the banks of the River Mandovi makes it even more scenic. People who are staying at this hotel find this an all- time favourite and the crowd here mostly include the guests of the TAJ Hotel.
A must visit party place of Goa! The 4 levels of pub, a poolside area, great DJ, bar area and view of goa from the hill. A Jeep takes you up the hill, but you can also walk 300m of steep road. If you want to sit in a nice place you have to come early. This place is just perfect to party! The couple entry is INR2k on weekends which includes unlimited alcohol (seemed diluted to me). If you are in a large group, then take VIP coupons and enjoy your drinks. Stag entry is not allowed!
I had mostly covered what I had on my list and headed back to South Mumbai and walked around Colaba for a while. If you are one of those who loves a random long drive, take a drive a little late into the night to and fro the Bandra-Worli sea link, a massive bridge built on sea. Roll down on your windows and treat your hair to a wild dance. You can stop at Juhu beach, but I chose to give it a pass (not much of a beach bum). Remember to go at night, it will be less crowded and don't get into the water if you don't want to wake up with skin conditions. I lost track of time and at around 1:30 AM headed back to the room and packed my bags.
Leopard Valley is a one-of-its-kind magical dance club, hidden in a lush valley in Agonda Village, Goa. One of the biggest open-air clubs in India, Leopard Valley is situated in the middle of a jungle quarry. The stone decor blends seamlessly in with its natural surroundings and the long bar serves all kinds of drinks. But this isn't just a night destination. You can enjoy its greenery and dance non-stop in the day as well. But its psychedelic lights and lazers and electric atmosphere only comes alive after it gets dark.Route: You'll see the club's signboard as you go to Agonda from Palolem. As you take the dirt trail, an iron gate will welcome you into a steep descent towards the valley.
