Rumi said “ Who lives.. sees. But who Travels sees more .” With a tattoo of ‘Rumi’ (in Persian) on my shoulder, curiosity of knowledge in my brain and love for travel and in my heart, I am always on a move. My love for travel and adventure started when I was a kid. From a high swing I would jump, feeling like a super hero. Years later, nothing much changed except the height I was jumping from and place I was jumping from. Sky diving, cliff jumping, river rafting, trekking, camping became part of who I am. Being a keen observer I always seek the outer journey affecting a journey within. As philosophical and deep I may sound, there is also a side to me which is full of wit, fun and craziness. I am usually caught imitating people around me. I get into their character and act, react like them. My fondness for Indian cinema is immense and few people from the industry continuously inspire me to see travel as an expression of story telling. To be of true nature, away from home, beyond comforts and fears of being judged. After completing my graduation in commerce, I continued my masters in Mass communications from DAV college, Chandigarh, India. A TV anchor for a show called ‘Yuva Manch’ , working as an intern with Radio Channel 94.3 MY FM under India’s No.1 Radio Jockey – R.J Meenakshi, Visual Content Creator in a Start up, And Free-lance photographer and videographer are among my professional achievements. Lastly, I believe my experience, education and passion together builds up to make me a traveller! BHUMESH
