Milind and Kirty (MAK) are a couple from Pune, Maharashtra. After having worked in the IT industry for more than 15 years, they quit their cozy corporate life in 2012 and started their own venture. Their primary skills are into training and development; they have been into training profession for over a decade now imparting training at several levels. Besides training, they also have expertise in Business Consulting, Marketing, Networking and Systems Development (Software). One of the objectives behind quitting job was to fulfill their innate passion for travel, meeting new people, exploring new cultures and getting to know about different perspectives. They have traveled for work and pleasure to several countries (over 10 countries including Europe and America). Milind and Kirty have a strong liking for nature, wild-life, bird watching and trekking. They have been regularly trekking in Sahayadri Mountains and Himalayas for several years now. They strongly believe that traveling across remote villages, meeting the locals, home-staying with them, interacting with them and understanding their cultures have enriched their own lives in several ways. They also believe in giving back to the society and are quite instrumental in participating in various social initiatives. They are actively involved in volunteer exchange programs and have worked as volunteer at several international projects.
