I’m Prabhjot – a traveler, artifact lover, foodie, an amateur photographer and a chatterbox. After serving the hospitality industry for almost 9 years I quit my job in 2011 in quest for something that can give me enough time to pursue things which are close to my heart. Currently I’m an Independent consultant, so there’s quite a lot time that I takeout for travelling and cooking. Have I mentioned? that I’m not just foodie but also hold some expertise in the culinary field.
