Every biker has two dreams: driving to Leh or driving in Goa. Fortunately, the latter did come true for us. We met few of the local riders from the #MojoTribe, who were savior of the day as they helped navigating and showing us the hidden part of the city. They also helped us in finding the best food joints.
5. GoaThough this ultimate party destination is an all-season hit, the monsoon months are off-season here. And this means heavy discounts and less dizzying crowd. So, if you want to go beyond beaches, August is the perfect time to explore the other marvels of the culturally rich state of Goa. Also, there are various local fests organised around this time in here, giving visitors a glimpse of the Goan life.
This destination is on every travelers list and it wasn't different for me either. Goa though the smallest state in the country it offers the largest and the best of lifetime experiences. Whether you are seeking to party all night with your gang, a quiet relaxed weekend all by yourself,a romantic getaway with your special one or looking for spiritual upliftment this place will content you in every way through its vast cultural heritage, finest culinary offerings, natural beauty and lovely people. It is a must visit place for everyone. The best time to visit this place is between October to March. Head to South Goa if you looking for total relaxation or just lazying around with its pristine beaches, food and culture and explore northern side if you want to lift up your spirits and stay that way ;)(literally). Its where people party to their hearts content, bring out the adrenaline junkie within and go all out to spoil themselves :) Whatever it is you want simply visit and feel free in the Goan spirit.
This is my very first blog on Tripoto and without thinking much here I am with my blog about my favorite place on earth, Goa. This is my second trip to Goa in 2016, the first one was in Sept 2015. Both the trips were amazing. Now I will share my experience about my recent Goa trip which me and my husband took in 2016. We started our day early so that we can catch our flight scheduled at 10:50 am. We packed our bags, took a cab and reached the airport before time. We waited for our flight with a hot cup of coffee and after check-in formalities we boarded the flight. Our flight experience was very amazing. I can easily see the blue sky through my window seat. We enjoyed some snacks on-board and in the blink of an eye we reached Dabolim airport, Goa around 01:20 pm. Goa greeted as with lovely monsoon rains. The weather was very romantic. We hired a cab and reached our resort in Candolim. On our way we enjoyed the scenic view of hills and sea with the beautiful rains. I will share rest of the trip on my next blog, please visit again.. :)
From Raichur on wards good double road without traffic. As per my road trip experience you need to drive Raichur - Sindhanur - Dharwad road - good and some what short road. Take some short breaks because from Raichur also still you need to drive around 450 km. In this overall drive you are crossing Telangana, Karnataka then Goa. Once you enter Goa state check post, from there on words you will find awesome Panjim - Belgaum road, forest and ghat sections, especially in monsoon overall ghat section with full of water falls.
Goa is famous for fun, Life and beaches. For me this couple snap is the best memory I had there. Honestly I don't know them, even I don't remember their faces. But could see the pure Love they had, and captured it.
Day 2. We boarded our Taxi from Namaste Cafe to Karwar Bus stand as we missed the direct bus which departs around 8:00 AM in the morning, but the view to this 60 KM stretch was amazing via Gangavali River. The plan was not to plan anything after this , we didn't know where to go ; south Goa with calm & serene life or North , the party hub ( not so good time , best time is from Nov - Jan ) , we left this on our fate , decided to board the first bus whichever is with last stop either to Panji or Canacona .
