Getting to Batu caves- There are a lot of Batu caves half-day tours on offer at Kuala Lumpur – there is no need to take those tours as you will be quite restricted in the time you can spend at Batu Caves and most certainly, you won’t have time to explore Dark Cave – which in my opinion, is a must-see when you are here at Batu Caves....

Sri Subramaniam Temple, Batu Caves 68100
It’s a must visit place. Full of monkeys. Cave is really amazing from inside. The best part is the location. It’s a Hindu temple but visited by every tourist who come to KL. Take KTM commuter directly to BATU Caves from KL Sentral (2 RM each). You need to climb 272 steps to reach the Limestone Cave.

About Batu Caves

You can see the statue of Lord Murugan after exiting the station. There a lot of steps to climb & then you reach the temples located inside the caves. Beware of the monkeys there & don't try to touch or feed them. Tip: All women visiting must have their knees covered, so carry a sarong with you.
