Day 1

It’s astonishing to see how a barren land turned into world’s most expensive and modern country. Like any other country in the world, it has issues but rather than pondering over them, they believe in finding solutions and have been very successful so far. Just a dot on the world map with a size of 1/3 of a size of a small town in India, it surely has marked it’s place.

Garden by the bay

I visited Singapore for two nights and the first place I decided to visit was the most famous garden by the bay.

You can just visit the place and forget the rest of the world. Artificially designed garden with such technology and beautiful decor, the place is LIT. My favourites were Supertree grove and cloud forest. The place just brings peace of mind and is a must visit!

Cost: Around 30SGD

Day 2

Sentosa

Day two I decided to visit Sentosa which is another beautifully made tourist spot in Sing. There are a various activities you can do there and is best if you give two full days. Accordingly you can buy tickets. I just had a day and so I made the most of it. With tickets about 200SGD you can have a full entertainment package.

TIP: Try trying your luck in casinos where if you’re lucky, you might sponsor your trip through it. It’s not guaranteed but you never know. I was able to fund my Sentosa tickets at least.

The most amazing were the rides in Universal Studio where the movies are in real! The roller coaster and other transformers rides are sweet if you’d wanna live your childhood again.

Cost : Around 200 SGD

Being an expensive place, visiting Singapore isn’t so expensive for Indians if you plan it well. With 18k return tickets and cheap and convenient mode of Transportation you can have an economical trip to this amazing place.
