  • Shimla sightseeing includes famous Ridge, Mall Road, Lakkar Bazaar, Jakhu Temple
  • Narkanda is about 60 km from Shimla and takes about 2 hrs
  • About 8 hrs drive to Shimla
  • Overnight stay in Shimla or Narkanda, whichever suits your timings
  • Shimla/Narkanda – Sangla/Chitkul (Kinnaur Valley)
  • Leave early, if from Shimla and enjoy the vistas on the way
  • You can plan for lunch at Rampur
  • About 8 – 9 hrs of beautiful drive through Kinnaur Valley
  • Overnight stay in Sangla
  • Sangla – Chitkul – Sangla – Kalpa
  • Leave early to spend some time at beautiful Chitkul Village
  • Visit Kamru Fort at Sangla before going back to Kalpa
  • Watch the lovely sunset and sunrise (next day) at Kalpa over Mount Kinner Kailash
  • About 4 – 5 hrs of total drive on this day
  • Overnight stay in Kalpa
  • Kalpa – Nako – Nako Lake – Geyu Mummy – Tabo
  • Start your day early and watch the vistas Hindustan Tibet Highway

  • After Chango – Sumdo you will enter Spiti Valley
  • After Sumdo police registration, detour towards Geyu Village to visit the 500-year-old mummy

  • Overnight stay in Tabo
  • Tabo – Dhankar – Dhankar Lake – Pin Valley (Mud Village)
  • Visit Dhankar Monastery and Dhankar Lake
  • After lunch, leave for further exploration
  • Enjoy the magnificent vistas all-day
  • Traverse through the Pin Valley
  • Kungri – Sagnam – Mud – Tailing
  • About 4 – 5 hrs of drive on the day
  • Overnight stay at Mud Village in Pin Valley
  • Pin Valley – Kaza – Ki – Kibber – Gette – Tashigang – Kaza
  • Head for Kaza, headquarters of Spiti Valley
  • Have lunch at Kaza and check-in to the hotel
  • Visit Ki – Kibber – Gette – Tashigang in the second half of the day
  • Ki is a famous monastery and others are places to explore as a lovely drive
  • Tashigang is where the road ends but again beautiful drive
  • About 4 – 5 hrs of drive in the day
  • Overnight stay in Kaza
  • Kaza – Hikkim – Komik – Langza – Kaza/Losar
  • Today, visit the road less travelled or offbeat places near Kaza
  • Great view of Chau Chau Kang Nelda peak from Langza
  • Statue of the Buddha near Langza looking down the valley
  • The Tanggyud Monastery at Komik is one of the most important and the highest monastery in the Spiti Valley
  • You can move to Losar, if you would like to stay away from the hustle-bustle of Kaza
  • About 2 – 3 hrs of drive in the day excluding Losar
  • If planning to go to Losar, enjoy the most scenic drive of entire Spiti Valley between Losar and Kaza at an easy pace
  • About 2 – 2.5 hrs drive between Losar and Kaza, depending upon the breaks you take in between
  • Overnight stay in Kaza or Losar
  • Kaza/Losar – Kunzum Pass – Chandratal/Battal
  • Visit Chandratal via Kunzum Pass and enjoy the day there
  • Camps are about 2.5 KMs from the lake, either stay there or back to Battal where there is a PWD rest house now though without electricity
  • But, no point going back a painful ride to Losar over Kunzum Pass unless you want to stay in the guest house with electricity
  • Better stay at Battal and save time as well as energy for the next day
  • About 4 – 5 hrs drive minimum
  • Overnight stay in Battal or Chandratal Camps
  • Battal/Chandratal – Kunzum Pass – Rohtang Pass – Manali
  • Head back to Manali via Rohtang Pass
  • Drive through Battal – Chattru – Gramphu towards Rohtang Pass is out of the world
  • About 7 – 8 hrs drive easily if you do not get messed up Rohtang Pass
  • Overnight stay in Manali
  • Manali – Delhi
  • If there is time explore Manali, visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Mall Road, Local Monastery, Old Manali, Vashisth hot water springs (never found it interesting) etc.
  • About 12-14 hrs drive, depending upon the breaks you take in between
  • Return home with lots of memories

Confirmation of holiday package/hotel room subjects to receipt of 100% payment.

The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

Mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification (e.g, Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card) at the time of check-in into the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in into the hotel or wherever required.

As per the Government of India rules, all foreign guests need to produce their Passport and Visa documents and Indian Guests Photo ID Proof (Passport, driving license, PAN Card, Voter ID card) to the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid any inconvenience at the date of checkout.

The hotel reserves the right of admission/cancellation of booking if guests fail to provide suitable identification proof at the time of check-in. Company will not be responsible for such aforesaid reasons.

Check-in and checkout timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotel's policy. Early check-in or late check-out are on request basis only and subject to rooms availability.

In case of non-availability of hotels given in package, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standards/category.

Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12 years.

Meal plan, if any, are specified in the voucher issued by the hotel and the same is applicable from the check-in time of noon, standard terms for a plan. Meals will be served as per the hotel policy. Extra, if any, will be payable by the guest directly.

The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed or as based on the hotel policy. In the case of a child, hotel/package booked ‘without bed’ basis, and you decided to take an extra bed, then you have to pay that cost directly to the hotel.

High season/festivals/peak season surcharges are applicable.

The rescheduling of date/postponement shall be treated as cancellation and confirmation of new dates subject to availability and in case of change of rates the difference shall be payable by the guest/tour operator.

The cancellation of booking governed by the cancellation policy of the hotel and service charge of INR 1000/-shall be applicable for each booking.

On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation advance payment received shall be refunded subject to the terms & the condition of cancellation policy of that specific hotel/resort.

The applicable tariff/packages are subject to change without prior intimation.

Check out & check-in timing as per hotels policy, if arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 hrs.

All taxes, extra as per government notification.

Company will not responsible, nor liable for compensating any loss/damage/injury or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.

Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within a week.

No show or non-utilization of services, 100% of tour cost shall be charged.

Company reserves the right to change/modify/amend these ‘terms and conditions’ at any time without notice.

Cost, due to change in itinerary or stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control shall be payable by the guest or the tour operator directly to the hotel.

Airline seat confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and any increase in airfare or taxes has to be borne by the client itself.

For payments above INR 20,000, copy of Pan Card is required.

All the disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

45 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost

15 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost

07 days before arrival: 75% of the tour/service cost

48 hours before arrival or no show: No Refund

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
