For booking any package, the customers are requested to pay the full amount before the travel start

Any expenses caused by reasons beyond control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc. need to be paid by the guests

Service tax will be charged extra

The package does not include guide services but guide service can be availed at an additional cost

The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year

Transportation is available as per itinerary only

Guest are requested to visit the Gem shop to avail their Kandy Cultural Dance Performance tickets

The cancellation fee depends on the duration of the booking date and the travel date

If the customer wants to cancel the booking within 24 hours from the booking time, then no cancellation charges will be applicable

If the cancellation is done 15 days before the trip: 10% of the package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 7 days before the trip: 30% of the package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done between 3 to 7 days before the trip: 50% of the package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

If the cancellation is done 3 days to 24 hours before the trip: 100% of the package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee

Refunds also depend on the cancellation policy of the hotel

No deductions will be applicable if the cancellation fee is not charged by hotel and cab vendors
