Day 1

On arrival in Bali, get a transfer to the hotel

Payments for the foreign currency are to be made by cheque or demand draft (DD) in favour of 'Holiday Konsepts' as per the prevailing ROE. The ROE as on the date of payments would be applicable as per the Deutsche Bank’s rate.

Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is done 30 to 16 days before the travel date: 50% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges

If the cancellation is done 15 to 08 days before the travel date: 75% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges

If the cancellation is done 07 to 0 days before the travel date: 100% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges

Visa fees and service charge are non-refundable

No refund either in part or in full will made for any unused part of the services provided in the package

Overseas insurance policy after insurance is non-refundable

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra
