Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. Zenith shall not be responsible for any incidence where the client is not able to reach airport/board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – delay in flight, change in timing/overbooking by airline or any other factor

There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by the client

Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges concerning parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section

The above-mentioned package may not be available with displayed price during long weekends, national holidays and regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication

Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.

As a practice, all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the client’s credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. For all international holiday bookings, it's mandatory to share the copies of the particulars page and address page of the passport of all travellers & pan cards

Any change in the number of passengers would lead to a change in the cost

For the issuance of flight ticket, full payment to be deposited. We will not hold any Air ticket on confirmed basis without final payment of air tickets share

The vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not deviate from the specified / common route

Hotel gala dinners - Many hotels arrange a very special gala dinner with entertainment in the evening on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Payment for these is often optional on Christmas Eve (24 Dec) but may be compulsory on New Year's Eve (31 Dec), whether you attend or not. Final decisions on prices and whether dinners are compulsory are made relatively close to the time. We aim to always select hotels that make their Gala Dinners optional, though this is not always possible. Gala dinner prices are therefore not included in our tour prices but will be added to your booking if they become required.

Please Note: We do not have any direct control over third party services such as the Airline. In case of any last-minute flight cancellation or reschedule, we do not have any liability or responsibility for any financial, emotional or physical impact arising out of any cancellation or delay in these services. We, in our best intent, will advise you and help you in such situations, however, we cannot be held responsible in such conditions. In case of any connecting flights being affected due to a cancellation of the airline, we will liaison with the airline to provide you with the best-suggested option, however, if there are any charges applied by the airline, the customer will be responsible to clear the same

Price is shown in INR & EUR. Payments, when made, will first be adjusted with the INR component. EUR will have to be paid as per the day’s prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE), whenever the payment is being made and not at the ROE when the booking was made. Promotional and launch costing is based on ROE of 80. Any change hike in the ROE will lead a change in the costing with the customer paying more, however, if the budgeted ROE goes down, then there will be no refund given for the same

Zenith Holidays holds the right to change the airline and travel date (at any point of time before the departure of the tour, alternate options will be advised in case this happens)

All group tours are based on a minimum of 30 passengers travelling on a tour. In case, the minimum numbers of passengers are not adhered to, Zenith Holidays will offer alternative departure dates

Kindly Note: We guarantee well-appointed rooms and a comfortable hotel, however, the location may be at the airport or the suburbs, depending upon the availability. Please do not expect a city centre hotel; however, we will try and get a hotel which is conveniently located
