The price mentioned in the package is for twin sharing/double occupancy basis.

Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail/message as a confirmation acknowledgement.

Full payment is required on confirmation of all services, before departure.

Please note that these packages are customisable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity, on request.

Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in this package and subject to additional cost to be paid at the hotel.

In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc., we shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.

If payment is not made as per the schedule, provided in the first booking confirmation, Friends Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you.

Refunds would be as per the package.

These rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events.

Surcharge may be levied on the given rates with subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.

The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

Please note, if an airline cancels flight/reschedule due to any circumstance, Friends Holidays, shall not be responsible for any changes in the package.

Standard check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy.

Early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

Please note that day at leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.

Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers as most of the countries are quite strict about following a schedule.

In case you miss any transfer due to some reason, then transfer needs to be arranged on your end.

All the travel documents - air tickets, visa and hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.
