If the booking is made more than 15 days of departure, then 25% of the land package + non-refundable services, if any has to be paid in advance.
Remaining 75% of the package cost has to be paid before 15 days of departure.
If the booking is made within 15 days of departure, then 100% payment has to be done at the time of booking.
If the package is cancelled prior to 15 days before the departure, then 25% of the package cost or minimum prepayment, whichever is higher will be charged as the cancellation fee.
If the package is cancelled within 15 days before departure, 100% of the package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
