Brochure shall mean and include any printed or typed itinerary. The Brochure shall from an integral part of these booking terms and conditions.

Child or infant: An infant means a person below the age of two years, and a “Child” means a person above the age of two and below the age of twelve years on the date of travel/tour.

i“Force Majeure” includes circumstances beyond the operator’s control like acts of God/nature, major road works, traffic congestion, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, sports events, political/religious gatherings, strikes, change of management/closure of hotels/ restaurants, over booking of hotel/flights, delay/cancellation/re-routing of flights or railway, closure of/restricted entry at a place of sightseeing.

“Independent Contractor” means any hotelier/hotel owner, owner of any airlines, shipping company or railway, ferry, boat owner/ operator, cruise, coach owner/operator, transport owner/operator, owner/operator of any other person or organisation who have been selected by the company to render services to the client.

From booking date until 45 days from date of departure: booking amount + visa charges + cruise amount (if applicable) will be applicable

45 to 36 days from date of departure: 60% of the tour cost will be applicable

35 days or less from date of departure or no show: 100% of the tour cost will be applicable

Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above.

In case of noncompliance there to by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour or booking of then client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned herein.
