Carretera Costera Sur Km 3.8, Local #1 Condominios El Palamar, Cozumel 77600
Great place to dive. Good Food. A 2 - 3 hour ferry ride from playa. A bit quitter compared to Playa but nonetheless the diving is one of the best. Usually you can book everything from Playa in advance for a trip to Cozumel.

San Gervasio, San Miguel, Quintana Roo, Mexico
San Gervacio was not only an important religious site, but a key commercial location for the Mayan people, and a look around the impressive ruins will reveal some interesting clues to ancient life on the island. There is plenty to see and do at this site, and when you have finished looking around the ruins, you can take a break and grab a bite to eat in the restaurant or buy some souvenirs from the book or craft stores.

Weekend Getaways from Cozumel

But to get here was a mission for us. Latvia is only small so we were unable to fly direct. Sleeping in Cologne Germany Airport awaiting this early morning departure to Cancun. The flight was 11hours (it was tough) we finally arrived at Cancun airport 5.30pm the following day. The sun was bright, the weather was perfect, hot and breezy in a mellow afternoon. We headed out to the exit to greet our shuttle bus which would take us to Green16 a little motel situated in Quintana Roo, a resort area of Cancun. The hotel wasn't a luxurious stay, by far, but to make this trip work, we must take on cheaper living (which is fine by me) £120 for 3 Nights. The first thing to do on our list was to locate Telcel to access the Internet to our phones. it's a little pricey but has lasted long and was crucial to our Mexico Trip.(all price information can be found at the bottom)

About Cozumel

Anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean cruise holiday should consider a cultural Cozumel cruise as it offers a real taste of Mexican life in a beautiful setting, with everything you could possibly wish for located on the small island. There are plenty of on-island tours to take advantage of, but the island is also small and safe enough for people to plan their own excursions and head off on a solo adventure. Deep Sea diving is a loved activity here. The historic sites and Mayan ruins are another reason to visit this island.
