Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur 50088
Day 1: Visit the iconic Petronas towers-the tallest twin towers in the world-which was also the tallest building in the world from 1998-2004. It's an absolute architectural marvel! You can either take a ticket and go inside or sip cocktails at Marini's on 57 and enjoy the splendid view like we did. Next to Petronas, you can find Suria KLCC which is the most high-end mall of the city! Shop here or grab a bite. We had Godiva's ice cream and then had dinner at Naughty Nuri's which is walking distance from the mall.

About Kuala Lumpur

It is very easy to misunderstand Kuala Lumpur as a mere concrete jungle. But once you set foot inside, you will find that the blessed forests and landscapes of Malaysia, have been retained with great care, discipline and love in the capital city. There are not many cities in Asia which have a rainforest at its heart, and urge people to take long hikes just as much as they spoil them with magnanimous shopping malls.
