St. Mary's Church
A historical church built in the 19th century by a royal engineer named Col. A.H.B. Hume, this is just near the Tip N Top Pint. This is like a heritage monument of the hill station but all church services were stopped after 1947 given the deteriorating conditions of the building. The charge of administration was taken by the Garhwal Regiment and it was then converted into a museum like we find it now. The museum houses nothing but a pretty good collection of old pictures and details about pre- independence era of this place. You can also enjoy audio- visual representation of the British Era when you come here.
Tip N Top
This is a holiday resort in the beautiful hill station and you can stay in log cottages or normal cottages when you come here. The views of the foggy surroundings are even more perfect from here and the dense forests are perfect places for some camping, picnics and walking. The rooms here are just enough for you to put up and there can be a few spiders here and there but this is what you call real camping experience in the midst of the forest. The service and food is good otherwise.
Lansdowne market road
This is nothing but the main market of Lansdowne. Lansdowne being a very small place, you cannot expect shopping malls and departmental stores here. This is a large market which is like roadside market but the good part is you get everything that is available over here.
