Though it was a journey one year ago, but now that I got the chance so I am going to share it on a platform.

Nepal is indeed a country, which has so much to offer when it comes to natural beauty. It has never ending mountains, a large trail of rivers, mouth watering food and such nice people in villages particular. I faced some issues while travelling alone in cities.

Nepal is a small nation situated in the Himalayas. It borders 6 Indian State Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh,Bihar,Assam,Sikkim and West Bengal.

I Kicked off my journey from with my aunt and cousins as I need to drop them off to Gaindakot in Nepal. And after then I start to exploring the beauty of the nation on my own.

You can see the details on the itinerary portion.

I have my Uncle living in Bharatpur. So staying and food was not an issue. Its a beautiful citiy. Few attraction of this city are Narayani river,There was a cultural event on the bank of it and I kinda enjoyed it, though couldn't understand most of it. Apart from this There is Chitwan National Park , A good place to visit for a wild life lover.
Gyandi is a small town situated in the Dhawalgiri Region and Parbat state of Nepal. It is a hill station having Nepal's highest hanging bridge and has beautiful streams and landscapes.
This place is my village. living and food was obviously free again :) Its a normal hilly village . A lots of woods , less people , calmness in the air , not a tourist spot though, but a traveler can visit and people are nice enough to help a stranger. its around 4 hours of trek from Gyadi so Worth a try for a wanderer.
Pokhara is arguably the most beautiful city of Nepal. The main attraction of this city is Fewa Lake . A beautiful lake on the foot of Annapurna Range .On a clear shiny day one could get the most beautiful scene of Annapurna Range's shadow in the lake's water. Apart from lake visitable places are :- 1) World Peace Pagoda 2) Davis Fall 3) Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave 4) Exquisite Nepali and Chinese cuisine.
Kathmandu is capital city and yet again full of surprises for an avid traveler . PashupatiNath temple was the main attraction of the city. Being a capital very Crowded place. One looking for peace has nothing to do there. It has some good clubs which play hard rock music.(As heard by locals). Other attractions of Kathmandu are:- 1)Durbar Square 2) ISKCON temple 3)Swayambhu Stupa 4)Muktinath temple
It has world's highest statue of lord Shiva which is 144 Ft tall.
Lord Vishnu (Narayan) Jalasayana(Sleeping on water), lying on Ananta SesaNaga, in the cosmic ocean. The Deity is over 1,000 years old. Lord Vishnu is about 5m (17 ft) long and is lying in a 13m (43 ft) long tank, as if floating, with His legs crossed. His four hands hold the four symbols of Vishnu: the chakra (disc), club, and conch-shell and lotus flower.
Lumbini is a sacred place for Buddhist people . as the legend says , Mayadevi gave birth to Gautam Budhha at this place . There are several temples and stupa's to watch and best time to visit this place is in springs.
