Hola Texas! One of the largest state of U.S.A. sprawled in the south is a place with it's own way of life, accent and most importantly food. Texas has a upbeat energy in it's air which is highly contagious. The southern sun is good for basking in winters and even in fall for the likes of me who can be easily rattled with slight cold. We did not cover entire Texas, our major haunts were the big cities. Ours was a road trip, a super fun one that too! Texas is meant for road trips. Find a local friend, they can take around like no other.

A shuttle lift moves like you are riding a camel. Takes you right at the top of the arch.

A drive around the down town makes it pretty obvious as to how Texas is different from New York and Chicago like cities.

What a place! You see throngs of people adorning cowboy hats and boots. Fort worth was initially a place for trading of horses and bulls and now it is completely crawling with tourists as well as locals to enjoy the fair. There are artists singing on open stage, open eataries, real bulls, artificial bulls and what not. It offers an entire glimpse of Texas.

Architecturally impeccable, water gardens of Fort Worth are a serenity exuding site. The sound of cackling of water soothes your nerves and also are a treat to eyes.

Needless to say, it is a must visit place in the whole of America. You must have immense time to explore the space center because every detail is intriguing. Best part is the Angry Birds corner and the Imax theater. A shuttle will take you around the whole place and the guides are wonderful!

This is a humongous place with indoor ice skating rink and various food joints and amazing brands. It's one of the largest malls in Houston.

One of the best places I have ever seen where there is scrumptous food, culture, architecture all thrown in together. A canal runs in the midst of the city and malls and restaurants run parallel to this canal. You find ducks randomly roaming around among the crowd. There is so much energy in the place that it automatically charges you. Visit this place preferably after dusk.

The Alamo is a place for historical importance. It's like a tiny museum. We were lucky to find American Army men thronging the place. This place explains the close cultural proximity to Spanish people.

Halloween is hands down the best place to visit only downside is the closed water rides. The fall decorations were the most exciting part of the whole fiasco.
