On our second anniversary , we planned to go to Sula which was on the list since long. It was a 2 day trip to Sula Vineyards, as you can cover majority of the activities in that time. Sula has two properties for the stay, Source at Sula and Beyond by Sula. We booked Beyond by Sula which is tucked behind rolling hills of Gangapur and surrounded by the serenity of its calm waters. The luxury vineyard property consists of a super 3-bedroom SkyVilla with unparalleled lake views and a feeling of peace and privacy as well as 7 Lakeview rooms that are a little haven of peace and quiet. All rooms overlook the serene Gangapur lake and come fully stocked with the finest wines from Sula.
1. What to pack
Don't forget to pack your swimsuit as the property offers one of the finest infinity pools in India. You should also carry a hat/cap along with light clothes for the day. Nights at Beyond by Sula will be little chilly if you are travelling between Nov-Feb, so you can carry light shrug with you.
2. Wine Tasting Tour
We got a complimentary wine tasting tour at Sula Vineyards along with our booking. Tours take place every hour, and end with a personalized wine tasting at The Tasting Cellar where their team took us through the five steps of tasting wines. We loved Chenin Blanc & Rose from the tastings. The tour takes around 45mins-1hr to complete.
This is something that we were really looking forward to. Sip yourSula Brut or Sula Chenin Blanc as you take a dip in the infinity pool at the resort. The sunset, Sula Brut & the pool made the evening perfect for us.

After a long day of relaxing, their multi-cuisine all-day restaurant on site is just the place to enjoy the finest and freshest meals with organic ingredients from their own farms. Club your meal with the whites which are our favorite. Breakfast is also decent with good music and amazing views in morning.
