Vangaon is a beautiful place to experience nature during monsoon, dense vegetation near waterfall gives you an amazing experience of being in a forest. The bhagirathi waterfall is about 15 minutes by rickshaw from vangaon station, there is no stores or restaurant nearby waterfall area but at station you can have tasty garam garam pakoda and enjoy your tea in monsoon. The locals are quite friendly, some are also ready to guide you till you reach the rickshaw stand. The treks of vangaon are quit steeper but when you reach at top of waterfall after the trek of 15-20 minutes (trekking level =easy), you experience an amazing view. Weather is quite chill on top. The farms in villages of vangaon gives you a perfect frame to do a photoshoot over there.
