Sea walk at elephant beach

Andaman is a hidden treasure of India which is getting explored slowly. It’s India far away from India. With its rich history and white sand-blue water beaches, it's surely going to make you fall in love with it. The beaches are pristine and untouched. There is warmth in the air of Andaman with welcoming people having smiles on their faces. There are endless numbers of islands to be explored with every island having a quality of its own. The crystal clear turquoise blue water has a beautiful world underneath full of different species of fish and other sea creatures, which can be explored by scuba, snorkeling and sea walk. It’s a paradise for sea food lovers. There is a lot of good food for Vegans as well. I would suggest everyone to visit Andaman once and you surely would want to go back again. A visit of atleast a week is recommended as there are many islands to explore. I am planning my second trip soon and I hope I can help you with some tips from my 1st experience.

This trip was first published on http://shoe-bite.com/.

This is one of the most beautiful island in Andaman. This island has it all, from untouched white sand-blue water beaches to lush green tropical dense forest; from most lavish reports to the most basic stay options; from beautiful sunrise at one beach to mesmerizing sunsets at another. It has the world class scuba organisations which will give an experience of a lifetime and you don't even need to be a swimmer for that. For people of any age they have Sea Walk. It is as simple as breathing normally and walking on land with the help of divers who will never leave you on your own. You will experience the most beautiful underwater life. Beaches to see in Havelock : Radhanagar beach, Elephant beach, Kalapathar beach, Vijaynagar beach, beach no. 3. Activities to be experienced : Sea Walk, Snorkeling, Scuba diving, kayaking, beach volleyball. Tips : Although on the same time zone as India, its see's sunrise at 4:30 - 5:00 am, and sunsets at 5:00 - 5:30 pm. The people in the island sleep after 9 pm. The beaches have a unique fact, the sea water rather than increasing with the moonlight it actually retrieves after 2:00 pm.
This a lovely white sand beach with trees fallen around due to the tsunami effect, giving its a beautiful dramatic look. This is the place where Sea walk happens on the coral reef. The only place which has sea walk. Other underwater activities like snorkeling also is best experienced there. This beach closes by 5 pm so its best to go there via jetty early and get enough time to enjoy the beach.
This beach is one of the best beaches in Asia. It is known for its mesmerizing sunsets. It is a long beach and quite flat which makes it easier and safer to be in water as far as possible. Many luxury resorts are nearby this beach. This is the only beach in Havelock which is most crowded due to its popularity. You will see people enjoying the beach with beach volley ball and lazing on the beach.
Barefoot is a PADI recognized scuba center with the best and the friendliest divers. They have the most experienced divers. It's the number one dive service in Havelock island. They have 2 amazing resorts on the beach. One is near Radhanagar beach and the other is on Beach no. 3. The one on beach no. 3 is the scuba dive center and resort. I had the most wonderful experience with them with scuba diving. It was my 1st time at scuba. The talented and patient divers ensured that I felt comfortable and confident. After the dive I was awestruck for quite a long time with the beauty of the life underwater.
Port Blair has a lot of history stored. The must go place is Cellular Jail. The history of 'Kala pani' lies in the corridors of this jail where our freedom fighters have given their life for our county's Independence. The light show from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm is a must watch as it tells the story behind the Cellular jail and Andaman. You can even visit the museum to learn more about the islands, tribes and history of Andaman.
This island is the ruins and remains of the long lived history. It has taken upon it the slavery under Britishers, the Japanese invasion, the earthquake and the tsunami. Its a small island which can be covered in 45 mins by foot. It has some 400 deer and many peacocks the only residents of the island. The view from the high point on this island is of the humongous sea which surrounds it.
