A Luxurious Stay at Praveg Rezort with some amazing Food !!!

During our search for a good hotel in Silvassa, we came across Praveg Resort on MakeMyTrip and decided to book it as we got a great deal. We were fortunate to get the Suite Room, the highest category in the hotel, which added to the excitement. The resort is located at the Circuit House, making it a prestigious location often used by government dignitaries, including the President and Prime Minister. While this makes it an exclusive stay, it can sometimes be difficult to access due to security restrictions.

The resort itself is beautifully situated right across the river, providing a serene and picturesque setting. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the sheer spaciousness of the complex and the grand, well-lit lobby. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, handled by professional and courteous staff who ensured a warm welcome. A refreshing watermelon juice was served as a welcome drink, which was one of the finest I’ve had—smooth, perfectly sweet, and truly revitalizing after a long journey.

Our Suite Room was nothing short of spectacular, spanning 700 sq ft of pure luxury. It featured a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, a center table, a study desk, and a dedicated Wi-Fi router, ensuring high-speed connectivity. The middle area had a well-designed wardrobe and a dressing table leading to an elegant bathroom with a large bathing area enclosed by a glass door. All necessary toiletries were already provided, adding to the convenience. The bedroom was just as lavish, featuring a super king-sized bed with a soft mattress, ample cushions, and a cozy seating area with two chairs and a table for in-room dining. A thoughtful touch was that both the living and bedroom areas had separate television connections.

One of the best aspects of the stay was the breathtaking river view from both the bedroom and the living room. The windows opened to a calm and scenic riverside, with a beautifully constructed walkway perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. The resort’s restaurant also offered a delicious breakfast spread, including paneer parathas, masala uttapams, upma, chocolate milkshakes, and more. The food quality was excellent, and the staff were well-trained and professional. However, the food at the resort is quite expensive, so those on a budget might consider exploring local restaurants for more affordable options.

While the resort offers a fantastic experience, one key issue we faced was transportation. It is located in the interior from the main road, making it difficult to find local transport. This can be a challenge for those relying on public transportation, so it is advisable to visit only if you have a private vehicle. That said, if you can overlook this issue, Praveg Resort is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Silvassa, offering luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and a peaceful riverside setting.
