I have always been a travel freak since times immemorial. But I never got a chance to travel abroad. But this time luck paved way and my family decided to explore Dubai.
I was not really excited for Dubai and I don't know why I did not wish to go. But I had no clue that this beautiful city would leave me craving for more on the last day. It's been just two days and I am already missing the city. This city is a man made heaven. There are so many places to unfold and none of them disappoints you. I loved everything about the place. And most importantly what fascinated me the most were the people there. A whole new definition to humanity hold roots in my mind. And these roots have turned so strong that I wish to go back to Dubai whenever given a chance.
So I reached dubai at around 3 pm. A local taxi took me to my lavish hotel Mercure Gold. It charges around 20000 rs per night. I was in that hotel for four nights. It is an amazing hotel with a great swimming pool on top and the most luxurious rooms. I highly recommend this hotel. The most amazing thing about this place was its housekeeping staff. I accidentally forgot 260 dollars on the table and the housekeeping staff entered in our absence for cleaning the room. I was so shocked to see my money untouched. Hats off to the people living there.
Next we moved to the local meena bazaar. It is the only cheap shopping spot in Dubai. Also we visited gold souk( gold market) with approximately 1500 gold shops. It had huge collections of neck pieces which will leave you awe struck for sure.
The very next day we went for a city tour in the local bus. You just can't keep yor eyes away from the huge architectural stuctures, clean roads and the best cars that you can never see on Indian roads. Also we went to Jumeirah beach which has the only 7 star hotel nearby called the Burj Al Arab.
In the evening we went to the Desert Safari which is the best recommended for adventure lovers. It should be avoided if you have motion sickness. At night we witnessed the best arab belly dancer, a rajasthani folk dance and beautiful fireworks while enjoying dinner in the desert. You can enjoy a canel ride and a bike ride at the desert safari.
Next stop was The Dubai Mall. I was so fascinated by the mall. The mall had everything from all the international brands to amazing food stalls. You just can't resist from splurging. I was in the mall for a good 8 hours to explore it completely. But at the end I realized I hardly saw half of it. Also the mall has the best fountain which is worth a watch. I loved it so much that I saw it 4 times.
Burj Khalifa is the main reason why people visit Dubai. It is the biggest skyscraper which is 163 floors tall and the most beautiful structure created by man. I went to the 124th floor of Burj khalifa that revealed the most beautiful city at night.
Next day we went to stay in Atlantis the palm which is one of the best hotels in the world. The cost for a room per night is 70000 Rs. This is a very royal hotel which treats theirs guests so well. The welcome was so grand and royal with amazing rooms and the best products ro pamper yourself. The night view was beautiful and waking up to the beautiful view will surely make your day.
Aquaventure is one of the best waterparks in the world with the most beautiful rides. Also I went to the Dolphin Bay to kiss and dance with dolphins which cost around 7500 Rs. It is one of the best experiences and a must try.
The Lost Chambers is another place which amazed me. It is an aquarium with the most beautiful fishes ever. The next day we were back to Mumbai. If you ever confused about a foreign trip, go for Dubai without any second thoughts. It is a man made heaven.
