It won’t be long and I will be in New York City. Considering the cost of living there and how much there is to explore, it might be some time before I take any serious trips away from the East Coast. Which is why, last week, I visited Seattle, my 7th city and one of my all-time favorites.

My trip consisted primarily of drinking (and eating when necessary) with friends and walking the city. And I walked the city. From the piers to Pioneer Square, from the Square to downtown, up to Capitol Hill and down to Lake Union, and past the Space Needle to get back to Belltown before busing up to Ballard (my feet needed to rest some times).

I don’t know when I’ll be able to visit Seattle again. Once I finish my first year in NYC, my new focus will be international travel. I know there are thousands of cities across the globe that have beautiful views, or gorgeous architecture, or entertaining nightlife. It just so happens that Seattle has all 3.

Anyway, I like to let my photos do the talking, so here are some of the sights and sites from my time in Seattle. If anything, here is proof that Seattle is not gray and cloudy all the time. In fact, it’s one of the most beautiful cities in the entire country.
