Alibaug and its treasures

Day 2

The desired way to reach Alibaug is to take a ferry from gateway (Churchgate). But if you are more comfortable by travelling by road. Take a bus to Alibaug .Although this is very hectic and it takes 3-4 hours to reach there. The fare to reach Alibaug by taking a ferry is very nominal . It costs around rs 130/- . There are Ac and non Ac boats available. Even speed boats are available. Though speed boats cost around rs 5000/-. By boat it takes around one and half hour to reach Alibaug. The boat drops you at the Mandva jetty. From there you can take a bus go to Alibaug . In Alibaug you will find a number of lodges and hotels to stay.

Day 3

Today we did some sight seeing and visited some beautiful beaches because Alibaug is known for them.
Places visited :
•Alibaug Beach
•Awas Beach
•Nagaon Beach
Remember, while visiting them that all of them are far away from each other and it costs a lot to reach from one destination to another .So you need your pockets full .
•Alibaug beach is crowded with lots of people but still has some breathtaking views to offer .It has proper eating facilities which are not available on awas beach .
•Awas beach is one of the hidden treasures of Alibaug and you need to visit it .The beach has no crowd and it is totally empty with beautiful trees and beaches .Plus it offers scenic views.
•Nagaon beach is one of the most beautiful beach. It has horse riding facilities and camel riding and also beach sports .There are shops where you can shop stuff. 
And next day then we left to go back home.
