We were in vrindavan and we had almost explored everything but suddenly we jumped our plan of visiting Govind Dev Temple as suggested by one of the local residential.
Reaching there by the local riskshaw the first thing came to our mind that guys we were missing the most historical beautiful architecture because we came to know after exploring this temple was that it is one of the most sought temple after holy places in Vrindavan because of its unique architecture.
The uniqueness one can captured in eyes is
the ceiling of the main hall is decorated with a sculptured lotus which weighs several tonnes and importantly its impressive altar of marble and silver.
After exploring the temple of its beauty one should also know the history related to this beautiful temple that it was constructed at a cost of Rs. 1o million and by king man Singh.
After exploring the ground floor we climbed up towards first floor from main hall and was completely mesmerized by the magnificent seven storeyed structure built which is in form of a Greek cross.
And guys the best time to visit this temple is during holi as the whole temple is decorated by flowers. Importantly the ceiling of hall is incarnated with sculptured lotus which actually weigh a certain good amount of tonnes.
Guys apart from all the beauty this temple brings two nation architecture work together as it combines western, Hindu and Muslim architectural elements.
